“What we are seeing as a trend is: The future is become closer to the patient,” he said. “You have the option to reach patients quicker [and] easier with videos [and] visits — even just marketing material. I think there’s a huge opportunity to differentiate yourself so you can gain more market share, provide higher quality care [and] get better patient satisfaction.”
