WAILEA, Hawaii — In this video from Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2021, Jack M. Bert, MD, spoke about the use of biologics in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.

“We do know that injectables, high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, PRP, stem cells, to a certain degree, and even Zilretta (triamcinolone acetonide, Flexion Therapeutics), in patients who have severe arthritis, are helpful in treating osteoarthritis of the knee,” he said.
