OrthoForum announces collaboration with AAOS Registry Program

OrthoForum has announced the recognition of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as the official registry program for its members, according to a company press release.

The AAOS Registry Program, which consists of the American Joint Replacement Registry, the Shoulder and Elbow Registry, the Musculoskeletal Tumor Registry and the American Spine Registry, will collaborate with the OrthoForum to provide orthopedic group practices with the information needed to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.

The partnership will give OrthoForum’s 4,700 physicians in 45 states access to the most recent clinical data, analytics and technology, according to the release.

“The OrthoForum’s new relationship with the AAOS Registry Program will allow our members to demonstrate their high-quality outcomes and clinical efficacy to support the ongoing building of a national orthopedic provider network,” OrthoForum CEO Glenn Sumner said in the release.
