LAS VEGAS — At the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting, Brian deBeaubien, MD, and Bryan D. Springer, MD, spoke about an upcoming drug trial for a new treatment for periprosthetic joint infection developed by Joint Purification Systems which uses local antibiotic irrigation. Researchers plan to enroll approximately 200 patients in 15 sites across the United States.
