WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — At Orthopedics Today Hawaii, Paul F. Lachiewicz, MD, spoke about the use of HTX-011, a long-acting analgesic, to relieve pain in patients who undergo total knee arthroplasty. He said use of HTX-011 may reduce the need to administer opioids to patients.
