Kyocera Corporation announced its U.S. headquarters, Kyocera International Inc., has finalized an agreement with Renovis Surgical Technologies Inc. to purchase Renvois’ major assets of business operations related to artificial joint and spinal products.

According to a company press release, the assets are to be transferred in March 2019 to a new California-based company, which will be wholly owned by Kyocera International Inc. and will be named Kyocera Medical Technologies Inc.
