BOSTON — At the American Society for Surgery of the Hand Annual Meeting, Asif M. Ilyas, MD, spoke about a study that compared the use of acetaminophen, ibuprofen and oxycodone after hand surgery. He said surgeons should consider giving patients a non-opioid for pain management after carpel tunnel release.
