This video from Jovan R. Laskovski, MD, and Ryan J. Urchek, MD, shows endoscopic gluteus medius tendon repair being performed with allograft patch augmentation. The allograft patch is fixed with six points of fixation, which creates compression across the entire graft. The technique provides both initial stability and a long-term biologic effect for tendon healing.
