The CORE Institute has added fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon Brian Seeto, MD, to its team. Seeto will be working out of the West Phoenix and Peoria locations.
He specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive shoulder surgery and orthopedic traumatology. Seeto joined the institute after he completed a combined fellowship in orthopedic traumatology and upper extremity at the University of Toronto in Canada. He had also completed a shoulder arthroscopy and reconstruction fellowship with Pascal Boileau, MD, at the Hospital Pasteur in Nice, France.
Seeto has received numerous awards and is published in medical journals and textbooks on topics such orthopedic traumatology. He has given lectures nationally and internationally on arthroplasty and osteoarthritis.
“Dr. Seeto is an internationally trained orthopedic surgeon who brings innovative solutions to complex shoulder trauma,” Arizona Market President at The CORE Institute Steven Myerthall, MD, said in the release. “He will [serve] as a valuable addition to our patients in the West Valley and those in need of best-in-class shoulder care.”
