VIDEO: Speaker discusses in-office ancillary exemption for advanced imaging

KOLOA, Hawaii – At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2018, David M. Glaser, JD, said that in order to qualify for the in-office ancillary exemption under the Stark Law, all heath care providers who perform MRIs or other advanced imaging need to notify every patient in writing of up to five organizations within 25 miles that offer Part B imaging services.
