KOLOA, Hawaii – At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2018, Charles A. Bush-Joseph, MD, spoke about the role of benchmarking in orthopedic practices.
“As physicians and medical providers, we are all making decisions for our patient care based on data. I think we have to do the same thing in terms of how we run our practices and how we run our offices and clinics. Benchmarking yourselves to what the norms are is a critical element in any orthopedic practice,” he said.
