KOLOA, Hawaii – At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2018, Matthew T. Provencher, MD, spoke about ACL treatment and reconstruction and the management of patients’ postoperative expectations.
“One of the most important discussions you will have with a patient is graft choice and what graft is best for that patient. Although we are certainly partial to using the patient’s own tissue, there are circumstances where an allograft may be appropriate,” he said.
