KOLOA, Hawaii – At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2018, Nicholas A. Sgaglione, MD, discussed how to deal with tight medial compartments during meniscus repair, meniscal allografting or articular cartilage surgery. He said partial releasing the medial collateral ligament offers significant value not only in terms of access and visualization, but also can reduce the morbidity from articular scuffing in a tight knee.
