MircoPort Orthopedics announced the launch of two knee replacement products, the Evolution Revision Tibial System and the Evolution BioFoam Tibia.

According to a company press release, the revision tibial system provides surgeons with intra-operative flexibility to adapt to individual patient needs and addresses fixation issues caused by poor bone stock. The BioFoam Tibia completes the Evolution Medial-Pivot Cementless System, which includes a porous femoral component.

“MicroPort Orthopedics continues to grow its product portfolio with a steady cadence of product launches,” Aurelio Sahagun, president of MicroPort Orthopedics, said in the release. “These product launches demonstrate our commitment to help improve patient outcomes by giving surgeons a broad array of choices that allow them to treat their patients. We are excited to bring the benefits of the medial-pivot design to a revision system.”
