ChoiceSpine announced it has acquired the spinal assets of Exactech.

“This is a great addition to our emerging product line,” Rick Henson, co-owner of ChoiceSpine, said in a company press release. “We look forward to building relationships with Exactech distributors and end users, as well as extending our product offering to potential new customers.”

The acquisition has international implications as Exactech will have distribution channels in Spain, Portugal and Germany, according to the release.
