LAHAINA, Hawaii — At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2017, Anthony A. Romeo, MD, discussed superior capsular reconstruction for patients with massive rotator cuff tears. He said the treatment is effective for patients who present with persistent pain and dysfunction. Excellent pain relief, good range of motion and, in many cases, functional improvements were seen following the procedure.
