LAHAINA, Hawaii — David M. Glaser, JD, spoke about the possible repeal of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) under President-elect Donald J. Trump’s administration. Glaser said many of the frustrations physicians face are market-driven rather than due to the ACA and if repealed, the ACA will most likely not completely vanish.
