PixarBio Corporation announced Ken Stromsland has been promoted to vice president, chief information officer and external communications.

According to the release, Stromsland has served as chief information officer of the company since December 2015 and has led investor and public relations for the last 6 months. He will reportedly lead the hiring staff and manage external relationships with investors and communication partners.

“These are the most exciting time of our careers and Ken has proven himself to be a key contributor in the executive suite, and that he can do both jobs, so he deserves both titles,” Frank Reynolds, chief executive officer of PixarBio, said in the release.
