Exhibitor, sponsorship opportunities available for 18th EFORT Annual Congress in Vienna

Last month, sales opportunities became available for industry to participate in the EFORT Annual Congress that will be held 31 May to 2 June 2017 in Vienna.
Although the meeting is still about 7 months away, demand has been strong to exhibit at and sponsor portions of the meeting. More than 60 companies have already committed to participation in next year’s EFORT Annual Congress. This represents 30% of the expected 200 exhibitors on average that each EFORT Congress and its associated exhibition attracts.
Delegates will be able to visit the technical exhibitions all 3 days of the congress to interact with industry representatives and learn about and share their knowledge of the latest technological developments in the field of orthopaedics and trauma. This aspect of the congress involves the participation of both established and new companies, all of whom invest heavily in this dynamic sector of the medical field.
The exhibition floor for the 2017 congress is all on one level and, just across from the main exhibition hall, attendees can directly access 14 of the 15 session rooms, nine of which are on the same level as the exhibition and five of which on located on the floor above. It is situated between the session rooms and the ever-popular poster area, which is a key attraction for all delegates. Furthermore, the exhibition floor will also host most of the catering and refreshment options at the meeting. This all means that delegates and exhibitors alike can look forward to another thriving, busy and dynamic exchange about all aspects of the products, equipment and services that make networking during the EFORT Congress an opportunity that is unique and appreciated by all.
The 15th session room is the “Vienna” auditorium, which has 1,352 seats. It also leads attendees directly into the exhibition hall, which also permits delegates to easily access the technical exhibitions. As is the case at each congress, industry satellite lunchtime symposia will be held in the same session rooms used for the scientific sessions. These room will be accurately identified as such to avoid any conflict or overlap with sessions that appear the main scientific program.
