COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — At the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine Annual Meeting, Christian Lattermann, MD, discussed a study which looked at early anti‐inflammatory treatment in patients with acute ACL tear. He said orthopedic surgeons should relieve the injury hematoma early on because it contributes to the inflammatory environment.
