WAIKOLOA, Hawaii — At Orthopedics Today Hawaii 2016, Frank A. Liporace, MD, spoke about the various treatment options for femoral neck fractures. He said hip arthroplasty is the most cost-effective and decreases reoperation rates; however surgeons need to decide which arthroplasty approach is best for the patient.
