Integra LifeSciences Holding Corporation recently announced it has completed its acquisition of the domestic rights to Tornier’s Salto Talaris and Salto Talaris XT ankle replacement offerings and Tornier’s Futura silastic toe replacement line.

“The addition of the Salto Talaris enhances our lower extremities product offering and accelerates our entry into the U.S. total ankle replacement market,” Nick Gallucci, the vice president and U.S. sales leader, Extremity Reconstruction for Integra, stated in a company release. “We are also pleased to welcome several key employees who will be joining Integra's commercial organization.”

Although further financial information is expected to be released by Integra on their third-quarter earnings conference call, the company expects adjusted earnings per share to be inconsequential during the first year.
