Modernizing Medicine announced recently that it completed an acquisition of Aesyntix Health on Dec. 22, 2014. The acquisition will allow Modernizing Medicine to provide its clients with Aesyntix’s specialty-specific revenue cycle management (RCM), inventory management and a medical group purchasing organization, as well as Modernizing Medicine’s own cloud-based Electronic Medical Assistant medical records system.

“Our new specialty-specific RCM service … can create more efficient, streamlined billing processes at the point of care to help reduce denials, monitor and maximize reimbursements, decrease the cost of collections, and increase revenue for providers,” Daniel Cane, co-founder and CEO of Modernizing Medicine, said in a company release.
