Nextremity Solutions recently announced the full U.S. launch of the Re+Line, the company’s new bunion correction system.

“We are very pleased by the overwhelmingly favorable surgeon feedback on the versatility and stable fixation characteristics of Re+Line,” Rod K. Mayer, president and chief executive officer of Nextremity Solutions, said in a press release. “This is important to us given the multiple techniques utilized by forefoot surgeons in bunion correction surgery today.”

The company expects that the product’s applications will continue to expand as Nextremity Solutions gains more market experience, according to Mayer.

“The combination of Nextra and Re+Line provides us a highly differentiated product presence in the two largest and fastest growing forefoot surgery segments,” Nextremity Solutions executive vice president of global marketing and international sales, William von Brendel, said in the press release.
