I think most people are aware of and agree on that individual compliance of 1) speed limits 2) soberness and 3) use of seat belts/helmets prevent road trauma and death. Moreover, state interventions on safer roads, including crossings and safer cars (alcolocks), will in the future prove to impact road trauma.
