The Interventional Spine division of Stryker has announced in a press release that it has expanded its contracted product offering with Novation by adding the iVAS — inflatable vertebral augmentation system — product line to its national agreement.

According to a company release, the agreement positions Stryker as the single source provider for balloon-assisted vertebral augmentation for VHA, UHC and Provista members.

“We are very excited to offer our new iVAS soltion to VHA, UHC and Provista members through a contract offering not previously provided by other suppliers in this market,” David Veino, vice president of sales for Stryker’s Interventional Spine division, stated in the release. “We are highly confident in our ability to offer superior clinical and financial value through this contract enhancement.”
