In this Healio Video Perspective, Cynthia Matossian, MD, FACS, and David Evans, PhD, MBA, overview the advantages and disadvantages of using AI to build an ophthalmology practice website.
Evans said that AI may be able to lay out a website to be more intuitive and offer advantages in cost. However, AI falls short when it comes to personalization and customization.
“You are using AI to build the shell and then customizing the content so that it doesn’t look and feel the same as a competitor’s who may also be using the same algorithm and AI,” Matossian said.
