WAILEA, Hawaii — In this Healio video perspective, Prem S. Subramanian, MD, PhD, discusses the neuro-ophthalmology program at Hawaiian Eye/Retina 2024.

“We have a session coming up on dangerous ptosis, when to scan or not, and the red flags you should look for,” Subramanian said. “There will be education for technicians and nurses in neuro-ophthalmology on Monday morning, and for those who can stick around until Friday, I’ll be talking to the nurses and techs about optic neuritis and what the techs and nurses need to know.”
