MILAN — After a course on practice management at the ESCRS meeting, Pavel Stodulka, MD, PhD, speaks about the importance of taking care of employees.
Even high salaries do not make people content if they are not happy and comfortable in their working environment. Part of a successful clinic is to have a comprehensive plan to keep employees happy, stable, motivated and on task, and to raise their knowledge and education.
