Michela Cimberle

Winner of multiple awards, three of which were bestowed by APEX for publication excellence, Michela has been writing about Ophthalmology with Ocular Surgery News for nearly 30 years and has a wide knowledge of this branch of medicine across all subspecialties.

She is also a teacher of Language and Literature[remove comma] and a mentor for young medical journalists in Italy.

In her free time, Michela enjoys classical music, tango dancing and yoga.
