Healio spoke with Kim A. Reiss, MD, assistant professor of medicine at the Abramson Cancer Center of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, about the pipeline for pancreatic cancer.
Reiss discussed specific types of therapies in three broad categories: immunotherapies, targeted therapies and stromal blockade. Another area of interest is developing therapies to cure more patients with locally advanced cancer.
