In this video, Catherine Lai, MD, MPH discusses the results of a study presented at ASH Annual Meeting that examined the use of a new class of menin inhibitors on two different types of mutated acute myeloid leukemia.

Lai, an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, highlighted the study, and further discussed how combination therapy of menin inhibitors could drive the treatment of leukemia in the future.

“I think what will come will be how we sequence these drugs, and more importantly, how we use these drugs in combination now in the newly diagnosed setting,” Lai said.
