Nancy Davidson, MD, said she is excited to join the Women in Oncology Peer Perspective Board because “cancer does not discriminate” and, therefore, everybody in the field needs to be at the table.

“The women in our workforce are extraordinarily important in terms of pushing our science, making sure we’re doing the right thing by our patients and making sure that everything we learn goes into the patient arena where it can benefit patients in every venue, whether it’s in an academic center or in the community,” Davidson said.
