Overcome clinical inertia in your practice by participating in a dynamic CME program series designed to educate physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers about current Type 2 Diabetes treatment guidelines. Evaluate options for glycemic control, outline current strategies, and list screening and testing recommendations to close the clinical care gaps in T2DM treatment.

This is a two-part learning series. Module I is a traditional lecture-style presentation, while Module II integrates lecture with case-based discussions. Participants can receive 1.5 credit hours per module.
