Area of these new drugs called JAK inhibitors. Previously in the field, maybe 10 years ago, 12 years ago, when a patient had very severe alopecia areata such that it involved like most of their scalp, we had very few options to treat them that were gonna be safe to keep patients on drugs for a long time. But there's these new inhibitors of this molecule called the JAK kinase, and inhibitors of JAKs end up being very effective for a majority of people alopecia areata and are, although not perfectly safe, they're mostly pretty safe and safer than the previous drugs that we had. So that's the biggest advancement in alopecia areata for treatment are the JAK inhibitors.
