In this video, Pamela Wall, PhD, PMHNP, FAANP, clinical associate professor at the University of New Hampshire Department of Nursing, discussed the importance of maintaining in-person connections at the American Psychiatric Nurses Association Annual Conference.

Wall stressed that communicating between programs and practices on the changing landscape of the practice and academic communities is crucial in the post-pandemic world, along with navigating new NLN competencies.

“I think we can learn from each other in how to find innovative ways to manage those competencies in these different environments that we are now educating in,” Wall said.
