“My professional priorities are to ensure the appropriate therapeutic use of prescription, over-the-counter and supplement medicines in the pediatric population,” Bell said. “These priorities emphasize the education of pharmacy students and health care students/professionals about the use of these medicines in infants, children and adolescents, and the differences in pharmacotherapeutic efficacy and safety as compared to the adult population.”
