CHICAGO – Tyrvaya nasal spray was shown to increase Schirmer’s scores in 4 weeks in the ONSET-1 and ONSET-2 clinical trials, Leslie O’Dell, OD, said at Optometry’s Meeting.
Patients using OC-01, or Tyrvaya (varenicline solution 0.03 mg, Oyster Point Pharma) increased by 5.5 mm, whether or not they started off with mild or severe dry eye, she said.
