ATLANTA — Selina R. McGee, OD, FAAO, said here at SECO that the use of intense pulsed light for the treatment of dry eye disease provides almost immediate relief for her patients.
She noted that the procedure is off-label for meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), so clinicians must include that information in their consent forms.
