VIDEO: New trifocal IOL provides near, intermediate, distance vision
ORLANDO, Fla. – The recently released AcrySof IQ PanOptix trifocal IOL from Alcon is now available in the U.S., Mo Merchea, OD, PhD, MBA, said here at the American Academy of Optometry meeting.
The 60-cm intermediate working distance is critical for patients using a computer, fulfilling “those active lifestyles that we know our patients demand,” Merchea said. The lens provides distance, intermedia and near vision.
