Luneau Technology Group announced the acquisition of Next Sight to bring new experience and different technology pipelines to help Luneau expand both companies and offer a range of telehealth solutions to the visual health market.

Luneau has made significant acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe to continue its growth and increase its proximity to eye care professionals, the company said in a press release. Next Sight has a wide variety of technologies that can help Luneau with its eye care goals.

Next Sight CEO Paola Griggio, PhD, MBA, will continue to manage retinal projects and will be vice president of telehealth for Luneau Technology Group.

The acquisition of Next Sight is in Luneau Technology Group’s strategic plans and future ambitions to further their product solutions and delivery of eye care.
