NEW YORK – Our behaviors and actions are contagious to those around us, and the most contagious person in the eye care practice is the optometrist leader, according to Michael A. Kling, OD, here at Vision Expo East.
Kling said we are biologically hard-wired to imitate one another, and “it’s important that you realize the impact you have on your organization,” he said.
