Bausch + Lomb launches preservative-free Soothe XP

Bausch + Lomb announced the release of its new dry eye symptom relief, Soothe Xtra Protection Preservative Free lubricant eye drops.

“Soothe XP Preservative Free provides a new eye drop option for the increasing number of people suffering from dry eye symptoms who are looking for a preservative-free formula,” Joseph Gordon, president of consumer health care and vision care at Bausch + Lomb, said in a press release.

As an active ingredient, Restoryl mineral oils helps Soothe XP eye drops to restore the lipid layer, seal in moisture and protect against irritation.

The drops are available in major retail stores across the country, including Walmart, Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Meijer, according to the release.

“We are committed to delivering advancements that directly address the needs of consumers and building upon the established benefits of Soothe XP,” Gordon added.
