WASHINGTON – “Myopia is a disease that all of us as practitioners need to be proactively looking at what we can do,” Sally Dillehay, OD, chief medical officer of Visioneering Technologies, said after attending a workshop on myopia control here at Optometry’s Meeting.

Dillehay said she was encouraged by the large turnout of colleagues from the U.S. and China who are interested in learning how to treat this condition.
