ATLANTA – During a special session on advances in cataract surgery here at SECO, Bret Fisher, MD, discussed a proprietary compound of two antibiotics and a steroid injected transzonularly into the anterior vitreous at the time of surgery.
This injection eliminates the need for many patients to self-administer postoperative drops.
