Starting Thursday, Healio.com/Optometry, the online home of Primary Care Optometry News, will feature live reports from the Vision Expo West conference to be held in Las Vegas.

Special highlights will include reports from the Global Contact Lens Forum taking place on Wednesday and the new wearable technology continuing education track on Friday.

Presentations in the new CE track will cover Google Glass, smart glasses, next-generation GPS and Bluetooth, augmented and virtual reality systems, and low vision devices.

Also watch for video perspectives from conference lecturers captured by PCON reporters on-site.

Vision Expo West coverage will begin Thursday, Sept. 25 and run through the following week.
