The national network of glaucoma-certified optometrists and ophthalmic surgeons, EyeHome, announced a name change to VergeAlliance.

The company’s press release stated that the network provides a complete range of eye care services: materials, preventive care, medical and surgical, under a single contract supported by offering a full suite of third-party administrative services.

Verge is doctor-owned with the purpose of creating a better health care system, the press release stated.
