LAS VEGAS – Konan Medical announced here at Vision Expo West that it would develop, market and distribute Chart2020 globally, as the result of an exclusive agreement with Chart2020.

According to a company press release, Chart2020 v5 is an advanced vision testing software platform that can be controlled with the Chart2020 Duo app for iPad with retina display. Clinicians can use the iPad to administer several guided, self-scoring tests including ColorDx, Konan’s new color vision testing software.

SmartDocks enable users to access test libraries, sequences, system settings and Konan Wizards, a suite of guided, self-scoring tests. Available tests include stereoacuity, contrast sensitivity and ColorDx color vision diagnostics. Konan Kids is an optotype designed for children and illiterate adults.
