CHICAGO — Prevent Blindness America's fourth annual Swing Fore Sight golf tournament will be held on Sept. 21 in conjunction with Vision Expo West at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas, according to a PBA press release.

PBA hopes to achieve its goal of raising $140,000 to support the organization's sight-saving programs.

Transitions Optical will once again serve as the presenting sponsor. Additional sponsors include Advantica, Essilor, Gilbert Displays, Hilco, Hoya Vision Care, Kenmark, National Association of Vision Care Plans, Refac Optical Group, Stereo Optical, UVEX by Honeywell, Vision-Ease, Viva International and Zyloware.

Individual golfers or foursomes are welcome. The tournament is a four-person scramble. Participants may register online at preventblindness.org/swingforesight.
