Paragon partners with Menicon
DALLAS – Here at the American Academy of Optometry meeting, Paragon Vision Sciences and Menicon jointly announced an alliance whereby Paragon will offer its Paragon CRT lens for Corneal Refractive Therapy in the Menicon Z polymer Dk 163, which is approved for 30 days of continuous wear. According to Tim Koch, of Paragon, the two companies will begin FDA clinical trials and expect to be ready for marketing in late 2004, pending approval.
